EZ ICE side walls are not designed to withstand the force of skaters and skating into the side walls may result in the user falling out of the rink and/or cause injury.
• Caution: It is possible to drown in a small amount of standing water. User must verify that the rink is completely frozen over before use and monitor the rink and environmental conditions to make sure the rink is frozen and safe for use each time before skating. Attempting to skate on a rink that has not yet frozen over, or was frozen and melted, may cause damage to the rink, as well as serious injury or death.
• Caution: You are responsible for checking that the space on which you assemble your rink is suitable in accordance with the Assembly Instructions, and that it does not have more than nine inches of slope. Do not put more than 12 inches of water or less than three inches of water in your rink. EZ ICE® Rinks freeze naturally due to the temperature of the surrounding air and underlying ground.
• Caution: When frozen, your ice rink is a hard surface. There are many recreational uses for your EZ ICE rink, and the user is solely responsible for ensuring the product is used safely for any sport or activity, and that users and guests use appropriate protective equipment.
• Caution: Do not allow children on or around the ice rink unsupervised.

• Caution: Failure to install EZ ICE Synthetic Ice on a firm, flat surface can lead to injury.
• Caution: Failure to install EZ ICE Synthetic Ice so that the joints are flush can lead to tripping and injury.
• Caution: Do not use EZ ICE Synthetic Ice without ice skates or appropriate rubber-soled footwear.
• Caution: Only use the recommended tools for installation and wear appropriate eye, ear, and hand protection.
• Caution: EZ ICE Synthetic Ice is a slippery and hard surface. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the product is used safely and that users and guests use appropriate protective equipment.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend EZ ICE, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and actions of any kind, including, but not limited to, property damage, and personal injury or death, that either directly or indirectly arise out of or are related to the use of your EZ ICE Rink or EZ ICE Synthetic Ice, by you, or anyone who may use them. You understand and agree that use of an ice rink or synthetic ice, like any recreational activity, can be hazardous, and the use of an EZ ICE Rink or EZ ICE Synthetic Ice involves risks and dangers, including serious bodily injury or death.
