Shipping Policy

All dates regarding shipping and delivery are estimates. We cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates. 

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation.

All rinks are shipped with third party shipping companies. The third party shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a delivery time - please answer these calls. All shipping timelines are estimates and can vary due to weather or other events. 

In most residential circumstances, your rink shipment will be delivered to the end of your driveway on one or more pallets. 

EZ ICE ships rinks and components to North America (USA, Canada) and parts of Europe. Please contact us for feasibility and a quote.

EZ ICE occasionally offers free shipping as a promotion on specific products and/or based on certain spend thresholds. These promotions can and will regularly change or end. Some products, including Synthetic Ice and Ultra Base, do not qualify for the free shipping promotion. Any free shipping promotion applies to orders being shipped within the US and Canada with certain exceptions for Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador. For orders to the above regions, EZ ICE will cover shipping costs equivalent to up to 20% of the value of the order based on the Gross Revenue before discounts, taxes, etc. For orders with shipping costs that exceed this threshold, an EZ ICE representative will reach out after the order has been placed to coordinate the payment of additional shipping charges based on the cost to ship to these locations. If the customer is not willing to pay the additional shipping charges, the order can be canceled at no cost to the customer.
