Refund Policy

WARRANTY

The EZ ICE rink and components come with a one year limited warranty. The Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, EZ ICE will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective parts (other than liners; see below) for the original purchaser. 

EZ-ICE  shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of:

  • Products purchased from an unauthorized dealer;
  • Improper installation not in accordance with provided instructions;
  • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the provided instructions;
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents;
  • The use of EZ-ICE products other than for private household purposes
  • Customer modifications or uses not in accordance with the original intent of the product. 

Liners are guaranteed to arrive to you in good condition with no defects. Rips, tears, or damage to a liner as the result of regular usage are not covered. The lifespan of a liner is 1 to 3 years, and we do recommend replacing the liner annually.

EXCHANGE

If you receive a damaged item, or your shipment is missing an item, we will replace the item for an identical piece if we are notified within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Please contact us at customer_experience@ezicerinks.com. 

RETURNS

EZ ICE Rinks may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unused, in “like new” condition, and in the original packaging. Any rink that has been set up, even if not filled with water, is considered used and we are unable to accept returns. There is a 25% restocking fee on any returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements. 

Some items are exempt from return. Custom liners cannot be returned. Custom-sized rinks may be returned, however the refund amount will be less the cost of the custom-cut liner.

All items must be in their original condition, undamaged and not missing any parts upon return delivery to our warehouse. Please contact customer_experience@ezicerinks.com for more information.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

SHIPPING

Please contact us to coordinate any return. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
