Terms and Conditions
- By entering the contest, Entrants grant EZ ICE, Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, create derivative works from, display, and distribute the submitted video and photo content (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”), in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, paid media, EZ ICE’s website, social media, and print materials.
- Entrants grant EZ ICE full permission to use content without compensation.
- Entrants represent and warrant that they own or have secured all necessary rights to the submitted UGC.
- If any individuals appear in the UGC, Entrants represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions from such individuals. If any minors are depicted, Entrants represent and warrant that they are the parent or legal guardian of such minor(s), or have obtained express consent from the parent or legal guardian of each minor to grant the rights described herein.
- EZ ICE is not responsible for verifying permissions. Entrants assume all responsibility for ensuring they have the necessary rights to the UGC.
- Entrants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZ ICE, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any breach of these representations or the use of the UGC.
- EZ ICE may remove, refuse to post, or cease use of any UGC at its sole discretion.
- EZ ICE reserves the right to request additional written releases or documentation for any UGC at any time, including for specific marketing or promotional uses.
- The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Submissions will be judged by EZ ICE employees based on creativity, originality, and quality.
- The winners will be notified before May 8, 2026 and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prizes.
- EZ ICE is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- By participating, Entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of EZ ICE, which are final and binding.
